As an Orthomolecular Chef, I merge culinary practices with nutrition science to support your health and well-being. Rather than relying on supplements, I create bio-specific recipes and a framework unique to your constitution, to help bring your body back into homeostasis, awaken its innate regenerative abilities, restore bodily ecology and soevereignty.
I take a comprehensive approach that addresses not only the physical, but also the spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects of your health. I focus on your specific constitution, your background, herritage, craving and the foods you love. Together we create a framework around those elements, a structure from which you’ll intuitively start to develop a sense of self-awareness around your habits and the needs of your vessel without becoming overly ridgit around diet, and leaving the the neurosis of diet-culture behind.
The framework we are creating together involves bio-specific recipes, detox protocols and short periods of intentional abstinance .
